Mail2Snz (mail to Snews)

Mail2Snz provides a way of handling mail within the Snews newsreader. I wrote it because PcElm doesn't do what I want, and at the time PcElm source wasn't freely available. Now that I've seen the source of PcElm, I have no regrets!
